Mewsons are partnered with a UK leading Architectural specialist who are looking to recruit a Senior BIM Coordinator for their London based studio due to an influx of continued growth across the business.
Working on UK & International based projects, you will be an important part of the BIM implementation plan and will provide valued support to the design teams.

Role responsibilities:

  • Revit project setups utilising appropriate templates.
  • Leading the ongoing implementation of BIM standards and procedures across both studios.
  • Establish delivery strategies to develop best practice workflows for our varied projects.
  • Coordinating and maintaining project BIM models and associated BIM support documents in line with project contractual or procedural requirements.
  • Managing BIM deliverables and assistance with project delivery.
  • Coordinating and managing BIM processes and workflows
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of BIM models and data.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to architectural and interior teams in the use of BIM tools and workflows (including continuous quality control to check adherence to company standards for all design output.)
  • Revit training with day to day support and mentorship.
  • Lead BIM Working Group meetings, agendas and delegation of actions.
  • Create and maintain template files to assure standards.
  • Create Revit families in response to project needs and set standards for visual appearance of BIM output and implement set up to facilitate required aesthetic output.

Requirements for the role:

  • 2-3 years experience in a BIM Coordinator role within an architectural practice.
  • Experience using BIM/Revit/Navisworks/Enscape.
  • Must have a strong understanding of the BIM process including project coordination, BIM documentation and be able to understand client requirements.
  • Previous experience implementing Revit Standards.
  • Other experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo etc is advantageous.
