This is an opportunity for a Marketing/Bid Coordinator to join a well-established, award winning Architectural firm. This position is offered in multiple locations across the business - Sheffield, London & Cardiff
Job Requirements:
Coordinating the Quality element of bids
Supporting the Bid team with PQQ's & Bid submissions
Lead Bid Reviews and Kick off meetings
Complying to the relevant software i.e. Adobe InDesign
Liaising with Head of Marketing and team
Production of pre-qualification questionnaires
Keep up to date with tender documentation and liaise with Bid team accordingly
Qualifications and Experience needed:
Degree qualified (or equivalent)
Experience working on tender submissions, PQQ's and EOI's
Working knowledge of Bid
Understanding on the Architecture industry and/or Built Environment
Display a good level of IT and communication skills
