Mewsons are partnered with a UK leading Architectural specialist who are looking to recruit a Senior Architect for their London based office due to an influx of continued growth across the business.
The role will involve working as a Senior Architect to provide architectural design services and project management for a wide range of projects within the Healthcare sector.
Role requirements:
Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
Monitoring the work of other Architects.
Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.
Take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
Undertake tendering process and post tender analysis, including production of tender report to client and potential value engineering exercise and make recommendations to client.
Qualifications:
BA/MA Degree (or equivalent) focused in Architecture. Part III qualified.
Experience working on Education projects.
In depth understanding of CAD, AutoCAD and Revit software.
